Detailed Product Description

Matcha is a kind of high quality powder-formed green tea (it was smashed powder, not instant powder), whose raw material leaves (named Tencha) harvested by Japanese methods, and smashed into powder by certain machine. Its granule is very tiny, about a diameter of 200 meshes to 1500 meshes (about 5μm to 75μm). Matcha was known for its green color and fresh aroma, was used in many fields such as cosmetic, ice cream, bread, toothpaste, biscuit, and so on.

Our matcha products were harvest by Japanese method. EU compliant, annual output is 200T, and they were graded into 6 grades, numbered MT01-MT06. MT01 is the bottom grade, and MT06 is the top grade.

The higher grade one is better than the lower grade one in the following aspects:

1, Color. The higher grade one is more green in color than the lower grade one. e.g. MT06 is more green than MT05, MT 03 is more green than MT02, and so forth.

2, Aroma. The higher grade one hold a better aroma than the lower grade one.

3, Taste. The higher grade one is more tender than the lowder grade one in taste. in contrast, the lower grade one is stronger than the higher grade one in taste.

4, healthy-concerned compound. Normally, the higher grade ones hold more healthy-concerned compound in qty than the lowder grade ones, such as amino acids, vitamin etc.
